TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2024 By Boniface Mwangi Waithira, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kinuthia, who died at Mariira, on 26th February, 2012. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By Siphila Wambui Ndiba, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndiba Kuria, who died at Industrial Area, on 22nd February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
