TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By (1) Monica Wanjeri Njoroge and (2) Grace Nduta Kiiyuru, both of P.O. Box 2308–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters- in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wamuhu Kaguri, who died at Kimathi, Kiambu, on 22nd August, 2009. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Wairimu Gitau and (2) Caroline Wanjiru Gitau, both of P.O. Box 5229–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Gitau Gatiba, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 31st August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
