TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2024 By (1) Karisa Charo Karisa and (2) Samuel Masha Gona, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Karisa Mwamwiri, who died on 18th March, 1995. CAUSE NO. 67 OF 2024 By Gladwell Kibiru, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibis Kibiru, who died at Khairat Medical Clinic, on 8th April, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
