TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71OF 2024 By Joseph Kibiego Saramei, of P.O. Box 4952–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech Kiptoo, who died at Koilel Sub location, on 31st July, 2019. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By (1) Franco Nguibuti Kamau (Prof.), (2) Christopher Mungai Thiongo and (3) Luke Kibe (Dr.), all of P.O. Box 23169–00604, Kabete in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Seporah Nyambura Ngathombe, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre, on 21st December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
