TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2024 By (1) Janetta Midecha Kedogo, (2) Beatrice Muhonja, and (3) David Andweye Kedogo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fulaim Kidogo Nyaonda, who died at Crystal Cotta Medical Centre, Trans-Nzoia, on 15th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2024 By Lydia Nyamagera Omari, of P.O. Box 72556–0200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Nyasuguta Machoka, who died at Kisii, on 30th June, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
