TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2024 By Johnson Oginga Ojwang, of P.O. Box 418, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacqueline Muthoni Ojwang, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2024 By Festus Mutegi Bernard, of P.O. Box 80–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaguna Nthiga alias Kaguna Thiga, who died at Kiamuchii, on 15th June, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
