TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2023 By (1) Elijah Kariuki Chege and (2) George Njuguna Chege, both of P.O. Box 284–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Kinyanjui, who died at Handege Sub-location, on 4th November, 2011. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Vincent Kamau Gichuki and (2) Sylvester Kariuki Kiruti, both of P.O. Box 61–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Wanjiru Kariuki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
