E19 “B” OF 2023 By (1) Maurice Kiplimo Ngetich and (2) Jackson Kipngetich Motelin, both of P.O. Box 13, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Kipngetich Motelin, who died at Litein Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 29th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2024 By (1) Margaret Chepngeno and (2) Mutai Kevin Kipruto, both of P.O. Box 9297–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Kipngetich Mutai, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd April, 2024.
