TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By (1) Wangui Wainaina and (2) Denis Mureithi Ndungu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndungu Wainaina, who died at Rapha Hospital in Kenya, on 30th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2024 By Faith Sainapei Mpaatia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Mpaatia Shanka, who died at Isinya, on 14th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
