TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2024 By Gladwell Nyaguthii Wanjau, of P.O. Box 516–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wanjau Karingithi, who died at Nanyuki, on 27th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Christopher Symon Jackson Carpenter and (2) Jacinta Anne Carpenter, both of P.O. Box 17–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Carpenter Hiuhu alias Johannes Carpenter, who died at Galaxy Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
