TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2024 By John Ngari Githinji, of P.O. Box 497, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antonio Mwangi Gikandi alias Anthony Mwangi Gikandi, who died on 24th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2024 By Charles Wahome Gikonyo, of P.O. Box 2088–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gikonyo Ndiangui alias Gikonyo s/o Ndiang’ui, who died on 19th October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
