NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 27th June, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 543, in Volume D1, Folio 26/216, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Julia Syokau Kiio, of P.O. Box 1041, Kangundo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Teresia Syokau alias Teresia Syokau Kiio, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Teresia Syokau alias Teresia Syokau Kiio and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Julia Syokau Kiio, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Julia Syokau Kiio only.
