Box 1959– 40200, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Christine Kemunto Ochieng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Christine Kemunto Ochieng and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Christine K.
