NOTICE is given pursuant to provision of section 5 and First and Third Schedule of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya under instruction from our client Kaiti Workshop, of P.O Box 48–90301, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, to the owner(s) of motor vehicle registration No. KBY 826Y Man Axor, Traveller Chassis No. LIC39DRCOA0020647, KBK 952B Axor 2543, Reloader ZE 2377 and KBM 066T, all lying uncollected at the premise of Kaiti Workshop along Mombasa Road Mlologo, Machakos. To take delivery of the said motor vehicles from the said premises as herein above within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all charges and cost pertaining to the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all charges and costs pertaining to the said motor vehicles including the cost of this notice .
