NOTICE is given that Latchford Land Holdings Limited (In- liquidation), Company No. PVT-MKUMV56Y in accordance with the Insolvency Act, 2015 passed a special resolution on the 18th April, 2024 to liquidate the company. All creditors’ of the company are notified to lodge their claims with full particulars that they may have against the company with under-mentioned liquidator on or before the 28th June, 2024 and if so required by the liquidator shall be required to prove the debt due to them by the company, failure to which the claim shall be excluded from any distribution by the company.
