TAKE NOTICE that the liquidator shall convene a meeting of the creditors of the company on the 30th May, 2024 at 10.00 a.m.; to be held virtually. The agenda of the meeting shall be: (a) Tabling of the liquidator’s statement of receipts and payment. (b) Declaration of distributions from the realized assets. (c) The process of distribution.
