WHEREAS Kazungu Katana, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 6.2 hectares or THE KENYA GAZETTE 7th June, 2024 thereabout, known as Gede/Mijomboni/560, situate in the district of Kilifi, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed in respect of the above parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional title as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
