IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) (f) of the Special Economic Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade, and Industry appoints— JOEL KIBE to be a member of the Special Economic Zones Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th June, 2024.
