NOTICE is given that pursuant to the powers conferred by Article 210, of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, section 159 of the Public Finance management Act, 2012 and sections 6 and 7 of the Mombasa County Tax waiver and Variation Act, 2017, and all other enabling laws, the County Executive Committee Member for Finance and Economic Planning waives all accumulated and preceding penalties and/or interest on, for a period between the 8th April, 2024 and the 30th April, 2024 on parking.
