REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joyce M. Mutui, of P.O. Box 95011, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0108 hectare or thereabouts, known as subdivision No. 8904/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasas District, registered as CR. 34123, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of ltitle provided that no objection has been received within that period.
