APPOINTMENT

IT IS notified for the general information of the public that in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 (5) of the National Council for Law Reporting Act, the Chief Justice appoints— HON. WINFRIDAH BOYANI MOKAYA to be a co-opted member of the Council for Law Reporting, representing the Judiciary, for her period of service as Chief Registrar of the Judiciary, with effect from the 1st April, 2024.
