NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 138, in Volume D1, Folio 969/3854, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Mercy Nyangira Lonney, formerly known as Mercy Mwende Wambua,, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mercy Mwende Wambua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mercy Nyangira Lonney, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mercy Nyangira Lonney only.
