NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 16th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 130, in Volume B-13, Folio 2346/21206, File No. 1637, by our client, Phylis Nyabera Orodo (guardian), of P.O. Box 4560–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Chantelle Kyle Okoko (minor), formerly known as Chantelle Chebet, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Chantelle Chebet, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chantelle Kyle Okoko, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Chantelle Kyle Okoko only.
