NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 8th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 398, in Volume D1, Folio 309/2892, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Zainab Twaha Adam (guardian), of P.O. Box 37616–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Jibril Yusuf Williams (minor), formerly known as Jibril Yusuf Abdallah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jibril Yusuf Abdallah, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jibril Yusuf Williams, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jibril Yusuf Williams only.
