NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 29th December, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1504, in Volume DI, Folio 64/751, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Kennedy Cozzi Omwansa, of P.O. Box 5850–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kennedy Oyancha Omwansa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kennedy Oyancha Omwansa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kennedy Cozzi Omwansa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kennedy Cozzi Omwansa only.
