NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th December, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1266, in Volume DI, Folio 8/63, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Viola Chechumba Kemboi, formerly known as Viola Metto Chechumba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Viola Metto Chechumba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Viola Chechumba Kemboi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Viola Chechumba Kemboi only.
