REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Muriuki Komu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0393 hectare or thereabouts, known as Karatina Town/Block 1/575, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Karatina in Succession Cause No. 376 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Elizabeth Nyambura Komu, as administrator and the beneficiary, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Patrick Muriuki Komu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favor of the said Elizabeth Nyambura Komu, as administrator and the beneficiary, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Patrick Muriuki Komu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
