THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Yunis Sroya, of P.O. Box 64278–00620, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0504 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 37/124, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white and green cards of the said piece of land are missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said white and green cards have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards shall be reconstructed under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
