THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nixon Mwangi Chege (ID/1103556), is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.490 hectare or thereabouts, known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block II/664 (Mutukanio), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the piece of land is lost or misplaced, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the land register (green card) as provided under section 33 (1) (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
