THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenya Flexogravure Limited, of P.O. Box 193, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.208 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 10/151, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost or THE KENYA GAZETTE 26th April, 2024 destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
