REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Karanja Nduthu, of P.O. Box 7870, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.048 hectares or thererabout, known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/387 (Mwariki), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
