REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mutahar Ahmed Dahman, as the administrator of the estate of Mariam Binti Said (deceased), of P.O. Box 442–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 39.59 acres or thereabout, known as portion No. 652, situate in the north of Malindi in Malindi District, registered as L.T. 33, Folio 378, File 3795, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of indenture, provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under the provisions of section 33 (3).
