THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Wainaina Kariuki (deceased), is registered proprietor of all those piecse of land known as Dagoretti/Riruta/4009 and 4018 containing 0.090 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E236 of 2021 has issued a grant of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Jane Nduta Wainaina, (2) Joseph Kariuki Wainaina and (3) Willy Nganga Wainaina, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof have been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificate of leases provided that no objection has been received within that period.
