REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Robert Njoroge Mbuthia, as the administrator of the estate of Peter Blinco Mbuthia Kamau (deceased), of P.O. Box 10775, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8552/451, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as IR. 85348/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
