APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 77 (1) (a) of the Co-operative Societies Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Development appoints— JANET MJENI MWATSAMA to be the Deputy Chairperson of the Co-operatives Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th April, 2024.
