REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mugo Nguo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Inoi/Thaita/869, and whereas the Court at Kerugoya in succession Cause No. 149 of 2017, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Susan Muthoni Gichobi (ID/3128696), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Susan Muthoni Gichobi (ID/3128696), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mugo Nguo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
