NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 3rd April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-48, in Volume B-13, Folio 2349/24289, File No. 1637, by our client, Salome Kavindu Beckers, of P.O. Box 104304–80110, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Salome Wanzinga Nzinga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Salome Wanzinga Nzinga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Salome Kavindu Beckers, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Salome Kavindu Beckers only.
