NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 27th June, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 517, in Volume B-13, Folio 2282/19463, File No. 637, by our client, Everlyne Sidi Baya, of P.O. Box 234, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Evelyne Sidi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Evelyne Sidi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Everlyne Sidi Baya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Everlyne Sidi Baya only.
