NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 26th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2146, in Volume D1, Folio 99/1099, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, (1) Grace Wangui Gituku and (2) Joseph Gituku Mbugua (guardians), both of P.O. Box 41–20106, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of James Mbugua (minor), formerly known as David Mbugua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name David Mbugua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Mbugua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Mbugua only.
