NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 21st March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1475, in Volume D1, Folio 90/1018, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mercy Malanto Supeyo, of P.O. Box 825, Narok in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hellen Kosenja Supeyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Hellen Kosenja Supeyo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mercy Malanto Supeyo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mercy Malanto Supeyo only.
