NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2015, in Volume D1, Folio 1240/4762, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Rodah Chepkemoi Tonui, of P.O. Box 366– 20200, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rodah Chepkemoi Ngeno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rodah Chepkemoi Ngeno, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rodah Chepkemoi Tonui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rodah Chepkemoi Tonui only.
