NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 26th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 6, in Volume B-13, Folio 2349/21233, File No. 1637, by our client, Gladys Gachigi Kamau (guardian), on behalf of Natalia Boraya Gachigi (minor), of P.O. Box 90563–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Natalia Boraya Mogaka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Natalia Boraya Mogaka, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Natalia Boraya Gachigi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Natalia Boraya Gachigi only.
