NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to Mediators Sacco Limited. Motor vehicle reg no. KCW 929R, Toyata Crown, which has been lying at the premises of Upcountry Storage Yard, Embu, to take possession of the same within sixty (60) days from the date of publication this notice upon payment of storage and any other related expenses failure to which the goods will be sold either by public auction or private treaty by Upcountry Storage Yard without notice and proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to Mediator Sacco Limited, storage charges from the 15th October, 2022 to date at KSh. 500 per day totaling to KSh.277,000.
