NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya , to the owners(s) of undermentioned motor vehicles/salvages: KCH 298F, Model Toyota Probox; KAS 440Z, Model Mitsubishi Mirage; KBJ THE KENYA GAZETTE 17th May, 2024 534U, Model Passat; KDH 372M, Model Toyota Vits; KBL 842Y, Model Toyota Lexus; KDA 390C, Model Toyota Sienta; KBS 437H, Model Subaru legacy, which are lying at the premises of JB Motors Limited along Karen road opposite one Stop Arcade, Nairobi City County near Deputy President’s Residence, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage and repair charges and any other incidental cost incured thereto at the date delivery is taken. If the foresaid motor vehicle/salvages are not collected at the expiry of the notice mentioned above. The same shall be sold by auction or private treaty by Milestone auctioneers, at JB Motors Limited along Karen road, opposite one Stop Arcade, Nairobi City County near Deputy President’s Residence, P.O.
