PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plans was on the 3rd May, 2024, completed. A copy the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the County Director of Physical and Land Use Planning. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to the Office of the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Housing, Urban Development and Energy, P.O.
