IN PURSUANCE of section 112 and 162 (2) of the Land Act, No. 6 of 2012, and further to Kenya Gazette No. 12537 of 2023, the National Land Commission on behalf of the County Government of Tharaka Nithi, gives notice that inquiry to hear claims to compensation for interested parties in the land parcels required for relocation of solid waste management site in Tharaka Nithi County shall be held on the date and place shown below: SCHEDULE Every person interested in the affected parcels is required to deliver to the National Land Commission on or before the day of the inquiry a written claim to compensation, a copy of identify card (ID), Personal Identification No. (PIN), land ownership documents and bank account details. hours at the office of the National Land Commission, Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi and at the National Land Commission’s County Co-ordinator’s Office in Tharaka Nithi County.
