WHEREAS Victor Mwambire Ndundi (ID/14500711), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Galu Kinondo/1635, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card/green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new white card/green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
