WHEREAS (1) Daniel Kirisua Martine (ID/11680797), (2) Stphen Rais Kisemei (ID/12648822) and (3) Jeremiah Kaloi Saitie (ID/12587646), are registered as proprietors in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 4.6 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Kajiado, registered under the title No. Kajiado Kitengela/65, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land has been lost or misplaced at Kajiado Land Registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
