REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Harjit Singh Neote, as the personal representative of (1) Sarwan Singh Sokhi (deceased) and (2) Narain Singh Sokhhi, the personal representative of Swaran Kaur Sokhi (deceased), of P.O. Box 18354–00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7741/156, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. No. 23823, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
