REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Ali Abdalla, (2) Sahael Nuno and (3) Husna Swalleh Aboud, all of P.O. Box 74, Lamu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietor lessees of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 28850, Lamu, situate in the south west of Lamu Township in Lamu District, registered as C.R. 52354/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3).
